Nurture
Nurture (verb): care for and protect (someone or something) while they are growing

Nurture is an ongoing fortnightly group supporting women with their self-care, self-love and personal growth.

Many of us are busy, overstretched and spend much of our time caring for others, either in our families or through our working lives, yet in doing so we often neglect to take care of ourselves.

In this supportive, ongoing women’s group we explore how to help ourselves grow and thrive through self-care: We learn ways to accept and deepen our relationship with ourselves, to have a more positive dialogue with our internal critic. We look at how to prioritise our needs, how to celebrate ourselves and our bodies, and how to seek out our own inner beauty.

We meet fortnightly on Tuesdays from 9.30am to 12.30pm at our sister practice, Walthamstow Therapy. No prior skills are required to join the group, only a desire to work with others as we learn how to nurture and care for ourselves. The group will have a capacity of eight participants and there is a commitment of two terms when joining the group.
