Stacy Hembury - Therapist & Counsellor

I believe we are all creative beings and my approach to therapy centralises the co-creative relationship.

Through a range of techniques, thoughts, feelings and beliefs emerging in the moment, are explored with compassion.

My approach encourages you to give voice and shape to the blocks that may be holding you back and offers a space to find the transformative healing that comes with deeper self awareness and the illumination of all parts of the self.

I work with adults on a long term, open ended basis and offer agreed time limited sessions

Areas I work with include;
Depression, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Work and Relationship issues, Women and Family issues, parenting/pregnancy and sleep issues, Addiction, Work/Life balance issues, Anger and anger management, ADHD/Autism, Self Esteem and Self-Worth, Sexuality, Grief, Loss and Bereavement, Sexual and Physical Abuse, Trauma.

Rates

Individuals -£70 per 50 minute session

Couples- £100 per 55 minute session
