Reuben Heller

Dip. Integrative Counselling, MBACP
Reuben Heller - Therapist & Counsellor

About me

I offer counselling that’s kind and welcoming, and I aim to build a relationship with you that feels safe and non-judgmental. I’ll listen to you carefully, ask questions about your experiences, and offer you different perspectives to consider. I take an open and exploratory approach and we can work together for as little or as long as you need.

I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, depression and problems with relationships or work. My belief is that difficulties we have in the present often have their roots in our past. If this is something that resonates with you, we have the option to explore your early life and how this has shaped who you are today.

If you’d like to find out more, I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone call. This is an opportunity for you to get an idea of what I’m like and ask any questions you might have.

I offer face-to-face counselling as well as online sessions.

My privacy policy is available to view here.
