Zoé Eisenstein

Adv. Dip Integrative Therapeutic Counselling, BA (hons), MBACP
Zoé Eisenstein - Therapist & Counsellor

Together we can explore what may be holding you back, so you can live more authentically and build deeper connections.

I spent over 20 years as a journalist before becoming a therapist. That work deepened my curiosity about the human condition, showed me that asking the right questions can uncover what truly matters, and inspired me to explore how people make sense of their experiences. I bring that insight and creative curiosity into the therapy room, helping you find your voice, shape your story, and take your next step.

I work in-person and online, in English, French and Portuguese. I welcome all identities and backgrounds, and am queer affirming and LGBTQ+ allied.

I support adults and couples navigating transitions, identity and relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, fertility, parenthood and bereavement.
